What Mailman version is this? Beginning with Mailman 2.1.13, all the
Received: headers are removed and some others in addition to the
original anonymized set are removed or munged. I realize this is not
what you say you want, but I think that currently, all header
information that could possibly even partially identify the poster is
removed from posts to anonymous lists.

Mailman could easily do this with a custom handler. See
