[Mailman-Users] deleting mailman subscriber when spaces are in the address

I have a member who somehow got entered as "info at nesa.edu see notes re" 
(without the quotes) and I cannot delete that member via the usual commands 
or web interface. Can this be done using some mailman or python commands?
