Have you looked at /usr/share/doc/mailman-2.1.9/INSTALL.REDHAT ?

In RedHat/CentOS, with MTA = 'Postfix', Mailman should create aliases
in /etc/mailman/aliases. Is that file referenced in alias_maps in
Postfix main.cf?
