[Mailman-Users] List won't send if membership is over 2 members

I am having some trouble with a list on my mailman server.  It seems
that mailman won't send out to the list if the membership of this
particular list is over 2.  I have many lists on this same server and
all the other lists have membership over 1k, all deliver with no issues.

I have checked in the qfiles location and the logs, nothing seems to be
amiss.

Has anyone run into this before?  Here is my version info:

CentOS - 5.3
Mailman - 2.1.9
Python - 2.4.3
