I don't know where the "True" is coming from, but <!--htdig_noindex-->
comes from Richard Barrett's archive indexer and htdig patches
<http://www.openinfo.co.uk/mm/index.html>, so I suspect the problem is
somehow related. If you installed these patches, I suggest you review
what was done there. If they are part of the BSD port, I suggest you
contact the packager.

Note that I had a 2.1.11 installation with these patches and now have a
2.1.12rc1 installation with these patches and have never seen this, so
the issue is not with the patches per se, but may be with how they
were applied.
