The fact that the message was From: LISTNAME-bounces at example.com and
To: LISTNAME-owner at example.com wasn't enough of a clue? :)

Any of the above would require code modification. If you are interested
in changing it, the text is in the definition of do_discard in
Mailman/Handlers/Moderate.py.
