[Mailman-Users] Problem receiving copy of posts

I have a user who has a gmail email address and everytime he posts to
one of the mailman lists I use he does not get a copy of it.  Is there
something that I missed during setup that causes this?  I have the
option checked to receive a post for posters, is there something else.
Also is this a known issue with gmail?
