Not an easy way to do that in the current version of Mailman, no.  Mailman3 
is supposed to have a user-centric concept where multiple e-mail addresses 
could be associated with a single person, but we don't know when that might 
be delivered.

Until then, you're stuck with having people subscribe multiple times and 
setting themselves "NOMAIL" for all the addresses where they want to be able 
to post from, but where they do not want to receive mail.

Either that, or some source-code level modifications.
