It seems this has to be an MTA issue of some kind as Mailman always
delivers via the same MTA regardless of recipient address. This
defaults to localhost, port 25 but may be changed by setting SMTPHOST
and/or SMTPPORT in mm_cfg.py. For some reason, it appears the MTA is
not responding properly to the RCPT TO: your local user.
