There aren't any standard tools for this sort of thing, but it shouldn't 
be too hard to create a cron job that extracts the list of currently 
existing users and synchronizes their subscription via the standard 
command-line tools (see FAQ 4.09 at <http://wiki.list.org/x/z4A9>).
