What Mailman version is this? Both body and headers should be
controlloed by ARCHIVER_OBSCURES_EMAILADDRS in mm_cfg.py, but note that
this will not affect messages which are already archived. Changing it
will only affect new messages unless you rebuild the archive with bin/arch.
