[Mailman-Users] unsubscribed users to post on a mailing list

hi,

is it possible to configure mailman to receive by
default (without sending bounce notification mail) all
mails sent to a certain mailing list by unsubscribed
users?

i am using hostmonster.com hosting and they offer
mailman. now i need to have one account that will be
used like info at ... or contact at ... that more users
should monitor.
