Or, depending on what part of Mailman's processing isn't running, it
might be in qfiles/in/. You can use bin/show_qfiles to list the
contents of the queue entries.

Note if the Mailman problem is OutgoingRunner and the message is in
qfiles/out/, it may already have been archived.
