Read the UPGRADING and NEWS documents in the source distribution. Only
the first "UPGRADING FROM PREVIOUS VERSIONS" section of the UPGRADING
document applies to upgrading any 2.1.5 or later version.

The NEWS document will tell you about new features and bug fixes.
