If you go to the web admin Non-digest options page and follow the
(Details for msg_header) or (Details for msg_footer) link, the answer
is there. If you still have specific questions after reading this,
post them to the list and we'll try to help.

Note that additional substitutions are available if the list is
personalized, i.e. OWNERS_CAN_ENABLE_PERSONALIZATION is set to Yes in
mm_cfg.py and Non-digest options->presonalize is set to Yes or Full.
In this case, the additional substitutions witt be listed in the
'Details' for msg_header, msg_footer and personalize
