[Mailman-Users] mailman not delivering mail

Hi,

Through a bit more troubleshoting i realised that mailman failed to post
the messages post log for mailman shows

Nov 21 09:49:06 2007 (6735) post to dmis-staff from xxxxx at xxxxx,
size=2457, message-id=<37309.196.44.161.242.1195587273.squirrel at xxxxxxx>,
10 failures

what could be the problem
