Note that you will also have to set DEFAULT_URL_PATTERN in mm_cfg.py

DEFAULT_URL_PATTERN = 'http://%s/q/mailman/'

and run fix_url on your existing lists - see
<http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py?req=show&file=faq04.069.htp>.
