Even if you did paste it into the web create UI, Mailman wouldn't accept
it. Perhaps the most important reason why not, is that the list name is
the local part of the list posting address and per RFC 2821, an email
address MUST NOT contain characters outside the printable us-ascii
(decimal 32-126) range.
