[Mailman-Users] Can't use newly created mailman list on Fedora 7

Thanks, Mark. I finally uninstalled, reinstalled, created mailman list, 
chmod o-x the archives, ran check_perms -f, and it works. Not sure how 
it got hosed, but I'm ok now.
