You can set the colors of this and other web UI pages in mm_cfg.py. See
the

section in Defaults.py for more info.

The listinfo overview page is not built from a template. It is created
on the fly by code in the Mailman/Cgi/listinfo.py module. To change
more than colors, you have to edit this code.
