[Mailman-Users] how to force mailman to process bounces but notsendout anymore emails

yes. I cleaned out the MTA queues already.   So, I can clean those up 
and turn mailman back on and all the commands and bounces will be 
processed?  Thanks, I think I understand how this all works now.
