In the module Mailman/Cgi/listinfo.py in the definition of the
listinfo_overview() function you'll find the following lines:

    # set up some local variables
    adj = msg and _('right') or ''
    siteowner = Utils.get_site_email()
    welcome.extend(


Change the line 

    siteowner = Utils.get_site_email()

to for example

    siteowner = 'someuser at example.com'

However, perhaps a better solution is to just leave it as is and
subscribe the intended recipient to the 'mailman' list.
