[Mailman-Users] Retrieving user's password

How can I retrieve all the passwords ov users subscribet to a list?

I want to associate a users's database (with apache/PHP/MySQL) to a 
mailing list, and allow list subscribers to modify their data.
To give users permission to modify the database record I want
to authenticahe them by a <e-mail address>/<Password> couple.

To make this task simple for my users, I want to use the same 
password they use to modify their maiman user profiles.

So, there is a way to get the passwords that list subscribers are
using (and use them later to manage the database access)?
