If this is Mailman it is because the list's host_name parameter (on the
General Options page) is it012345.mydomain.com and changing it to
lists.mydomain.com will help, but I suspect it may be your MTA
rewriting it.

The envelope sender is mailman-bounces so bounces will be returned
there for automated bounce processing.

The Sender: header is set to the same address because of non-compliant
MTAs that return bounces to the Sender:. This may be changed in a
future release. See
