The Defaults.py entries that Jeremy quoted were placed in Defaults.py
by configure as they should be. i.e. if you provide the proper options
to configure, you don't need to override DEFAULT_*_HOST in mm_cfg.py.

To solve the problem in the OP, put

VIRTUAL_HOST_OVERVIEW = Off

in mm_cfg.py.
