Are you getting it at http://my.domain.com/mailman/listinfo ?

I don't think this is covered in the install document (note to self -
add it). If you want the 'mailman' URL to go to the listinfo overview,
you need something like

RedirectMatch ^/mailman[/]*$   http://my.domain.com/mailman/listinfo

in httpd.conf.
