Unfortunately, this FAQ is in need of some revision/expansion (it's on
my list, but if anyone wants to take a stab at it, please do).

You have two choices to move the config. Either write the old config
with bin/config_list -o and import it to the new list with
bin/config_list -i, or (assuming you don't have a custom member
adaptor that stores member info outside of the list object) move the
list config, membership, passwords, member options, etc. all at once
simply by moving lists/<listname>/config.pck (and maybe any custom
templates in lists/<listname>/<lang>/).

If the source is pre-2.1.0, move the config.db, and if there's a
config.pck and a config.pck.last in the new lists/<listname>/
directory, remove them or move them aside or the config.db will be
ignored.
