[Mailman-Users] auto-rejecting non-member posts

In the Administrative Interface, under Privacy Options, refer to the
'generic_nonmember_action' field. Alternatively, if these spam
messages seem to be coming from one place, you might be better off
using 'discard_these_nonmembers'.
