[Mailman-Users] Problems with having to authorize

Hope some one can help.  I am taking care of two mailing list.  I installed one, and a friend installed and set up the other.  I have set all of the admin settings the same.  The one my friend set up is working fine. The one I set up works except for the fact that I have to authorize every piece of mail that is sent.  I have both set up with a calendar to send reminders and that is the one that I don't want to have to authorize. Can anyone help?
