when i try to do this i get the following error

[portal portal]$ echo "#!/bin/sh">/home/sites/www.afser.de/users/ 
portal/mytest
bash: !/bin/sh": event not found

I did

[portal portal]$ echo "/bin/sh">/home/sites/www.afser.de/users/portal/ 
mytest
instead, but is this what i was supposed to do?

I am able to do this (chgrp and chgrp)
