It's all handled in Mailman/Bouncers/ starting with
Mailman/Bouncers/BouncerAPI.py. All you need to do is add a new
handler and put it in BOUNCE_PIPLINE. See
Mailman/Bouncers/BouncerAPI.py for more info.

Lots of sample bounce messages are in tests/bounces/
