[Mailman-Users] Changing default text in rejection notice

I am trying to modify the text that gets sent along with a rejection 
notice. Currently if no text is entered into the text area that has been 
designated for the rejection reason the default text ""Your message was 
deemed inappropriate by the moderator." is sent along with the rejection 
notice.

How can I change the default text ?
