[Mailman-Users] back up list

Hi

 

I'm running a weekly newsletter using Mailman to facilitate this. I
currently have my site/list hosted through SausageHosting, but I'm loosing
confidence in them - there is NO reply to any attempt to contact them. My
concern is that I can back-up my list. Can you please help me with this?
