	Some Windows programs will do bizarre things with character sets 
on occasion, or there may be other strange things going on with the 
character sets.  You won't be able to tell without looking at the 
messages with a file editor that can handle binary data.

	However, the bounce message is not anything you can fix.  That's 
a problem for the remote end.
