[Mailman-Users] subscribe and unsubscribe not working

 Hello, When I send an email to (as an example) mylisyname-request at mywebsite.com with the subject subscribe - it does not subscribe me. When I send an email to (as an example) mylisyname-request at mywebsite.com with the subject unsubscribe it does not unsubscribe me. I can subscribe and unsubscribe through the administration page but not through email - any ideas why? Thanks
