[Mailman-Users] Multiple moderator messages

Hello,

We recently installed mailman 2.1.5, and are just starting to move it 
into production.  There are a couple of problems:

1) the checkdbs job is generating multiple messages to owners/moderators 
of lists, notifying them of pending messages.  The cron logs show a 
single run, but the smtp logs show 3 "injections" into the mailman queue 
for "list-owner" of a list.

2) when a new list is created the owner gets a message saying there are 
"-1 moderator requests waiting".  Logging into the admin interface for 
the list (and finding no requests waiting), clears this.

Has anyone seen either of these problems??
