[Mailman-Users] Strange threading view on archives

When I access the threaded views on the archives of our list, the 
threads continue moving to the right excessively until they are 
completely off the page.  You have to scroll right to see them at 
all.  Is there a way to fix this?

I'd really like it to look like this:

Also, does anyone have any tips on a good search facility like used 
on the page above?  I don't have direct access to the server, so I 
have to have simple instructions to the server people.
