	Those messages aren't approved -- they're held.  They're held 
because they're coming from non-members, and you've got the server 
configured to hold all posts that are not otherwise approved (i.e., 
from a known listmember or on the "white list").

	You're hanging up on the word "approved" to be meaning that you 
see the message, either as a list member or as the list owner.  That 
is not correct.  If a post is "approved", then it is sent to the list 
so that all list members will get a copy.  If it's not approved, then 
it may be held for moderation, but that does *not* mean that the post 
is "approved".
