Certain settings on the user's options page have a "set globally" check
box. These include e-mail address, real name, and a few others. As a
list admin, you can go to one of your subscribers options page from
the membership list pages and globally change any option that has a
"set globally" check box. In the case of an e-mail address change, the
user will still be sent a confirmation at the new address which must
be accepted before the change is effective. The other changes take
effect immediately.

If you want to change something that doesn't have a "set globally"
check box, you would need to create a withlist script to do it.
