[Mailman-Users] cannot remove member

Somehow I subscribed a member with double quotes around the address so
his address shows up as:

"membername at xxx.yy"

When I try to unsubscribe him, both from the web interface and the
command line, the entry does not get removed. If I add the name without
the quote marks then attempting to remove the name *with* quote marks
removes the name *without* quote marks.

How do I correct this entry error?
