	Yes.  There are several ways to do this.  See the Mailman FAQ 
Wizard at <http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py>.  One FAQ entry 
you should look at is #4.9.

	Yes.  Download the archive from the old server, and use the tools
