[Mailman-Users] cannot send messages to the mailing lists

I am subscriped to an mailing list i created. I get the first
authenciation email from my server, but I cant respond I get this error:

      'fabiantest at humano2.org' am 28.10.2004 15:42
            550 5.1.1 <fabiantest at humano2.com> User unknown; rejecting

what should I do?
