[Mailman-Users] on the email subscription form, can I view message

I am using the HTML you have provided for a subscription form on my site.  
I, as -admin and -owner, would also like to include a message box with the 
form.  Can you provide the HTML that will allow me to read the non member's 
email message and aprove their subscription all in one?
