[Mailman-Users] Filtering mail<->news gateway

I run a mail to news gateway for the comp.lang.ada newsgroup. I have
two options:

  - do not limit posting to subscribers => spam goes to the newsgroup
    as well

  - limit posting to subscribers => posts coming from the newsgroup
    go through the filters as well

How can I filter messages coming via email so that only subscribers
can post to the newsgroup through the gateway and let all the posts
coming from the newsgroup go to the mailing-list unmoderated?
