[Mailman-Users] administrative requests not being sent properly

The smtp failures being reported in Mailman's logs appear to be just 
the responses it is getting from the SMTP server it has been told to 
talk to, i.e. the MTA is reporting a not very explicit temporary 
failure to Mailman. Does the SMTP server's logs contain any more info 
as to why it is refusing these messages?
