[Mailman-Users] Editing Welcome messages for individual lists

Is there a way to edit the default part of the welcome message that is sent when a member subscribes on a per list basis? I have a user with a moderated list that wants a welcome message sent to new subscribers but the welcome message tells them how to post to the list, but since they are moderated members the user doesn't want them to post to the list.
