	It's a tool written in Python.  Actually, I think it is a 
particular instance of a tool that was written to support the whole 
of python.org and not just Mailman.  Therefore, you'd need to talk to 
the Python developers.

	According to the bottom of that page, you should be able to send 
feedback to "mailman-cabal at python.org".  They should at least be able 
to tell you where you can get more information on this tool.
