Send blank e-mail with "Subject: help" to
mailman-users-request at python.org for a list of available e-mail
requests.

Also, you can subscribe by e-mailing listname-join at example.com or
listname-subscribe at example.com and leave by e-mailing
listname-leave at example.com or listname-unsubscribe at example.com.
