The presence of RFC 2369 headers in the message.

The presence of a unquoted list header or footer such as the following
in the message.

Sender: and Errors-To: headers and envelope from all with
listname-bounces address.

To: or Cc: to the list rather than the individual.

List identifier in the subject.

From: from the list instead of individual if list is "anonymous".

Some of the above (actually all but the Sender: etc.) depend on
optional properties of the list; the list identifier in the subject is
often present in off list replies, and any or all of the above could
be spoofed if someone really wanted to fool you.

If you're really concerned about spoofing, you could also look at
Received: headers and a few X-*: headers inserted by Mailman, but it's
probably easier to look in the list's archive if any and see if the
post is there.
