[Mailman-Users] Newsletyter only config?

Hi,

Can Mailman be configured as newsletter broadcast only, i.e. where list
members cannot post to the list?

We have a requirement for a newsletter system where members can subsribe and
unsubscribe, view archives etc., but cannot post to the list. We only want
moderators to be able to post.

If that isn't possible, can it be set to require moderation for all posts to
the list so we can intercept members using the posting address?
